Directions
To Fergus from Toronto:
Take Highway 401 West. Exit at GUELPH LINE (exit no. 312) and take the Guelph Line north toward Rockwood. About 19km later turn left on Highway 7. Almost 3km after that, turn right on Highway 29. About 20.4 km later, turn left on Country Road 18, and that becomes Belsyde Ave. The Fergus & District Community Centre is on your left. Camping and everything else will be around back.
To Fergus from Buffalo:
After crossing the U.S.-Canadian border, take the QEW towards Hamilton. At Burlington, turn on to Highway 403 (West) towards Dundas. Follow this to Highway 6 (North). Go North on Highway 6 to Highway 401. Go west on Highway 401 until you come to Highway 6 (North) again. (Highway 6 does a jog.) Go north on Highway 6 and continue (past Guelph) until you reach Fergus. As you come in to Fergus turn right at Belsyde (at traffic lights, you’ll see the highschool across the street), and continue along Belsyde for about 1/4 mile until you see the Fergus & District Community Centre on your right. Camping and everything else will be around back.
To Fergus from Detroit:
After crossing the U.S.-Canadian border, take Highway 401 (East) to Highway 6. Exit at Highway 6(North) and stay on 6 until you reach Fergus. As you come in to Fergus, turn right at Belsyde Ave. (at traffic lights, you’ll see the highschool across the street), and continue along Belsyde for about 1/4 mile until you reach the Fergus & District Community Centre on your right. Camping and everything else will be around back.
